Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage online sales platforms (Etsy, website, Instagram, WhatsApp)
Handle customer inquiries from India & international clients (USA, UK, etc.)
Assist customers with product details, pricing, customization, and order follow-ups
Create and manage marketing content for social media (posts, reels, stories)
Coordinate with design and production team for orders
Maintain product listings, pricing, and descriptions
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
Support branding, promotions, and online campaigns
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media marketing
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Sales-oriented mindset with customer-handling experience
Interest in jewellery, fashion, or luxury products
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Instagram)
Honest, confident, and professional attitude
Experience:
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Prior experience in jewellery / fashion / e-commerce is a plus
